Overview
Our Investor Relations programme, as with everything we do, is steered by our Guiding Principles – to be open, transparent and accountable. It is the key to building long term relationships with our stakeholders. We do this by adopting the best-in-class practices.
Our aim is to provide investors, analysts and other stakeholders a complete and accurate picture of the company’s performance – both past and present – while providing a window to the management’s thinking about the future and the strategies it aims to pursue to profit from emerging opportunities thereby enabling them to understand and appreciate our business model and long-term strategy. Grievance Redressal
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
The Company has provided following Grievance Redressal Mechanism to resolve any of its Customer Query / Grievance / Complaints:
LEVEL – 1 |
a. The borrowers can directly approach the Branch Manager / Relationship Manager and enter his/her complaint/grievance in the compliant register maintained at the branch. b. b. The concerned Employee / Relationship Manager / Branch Official shall guide the borrowers who wish to lodge a complaint and shall endeavor to provide the borrower / applicant with the resolution / response to the queries / complaints / grievance with marking copy of the mail to Grievance Redressal officer at nwfl.grievancecell@nuvama.com c. If the query remains unresolved at Level 1, the borrower / customer can approach Grievance Redressal Officer at the following address: -

The Grievance Redressal Officer shall endeavor to provide the borrower / applicant with the resolution / response to the queries / complaints / grievances received from them within a period of minimum 15 days and maximum 30 days from the day of the receipt of the of the complaint / grievances. |
